profits of the violator, as provided in paragraph

``(II) statutory damages, as provided in
paragraph (4).
``(3) Actual damages and profits.--
``(A) In general.--The injured party is entitled to
recover--
``(i) the actual damages suffered by the
injured party as a result of a violation of
subsection (a), as provided in subparagraph (B) of
this paragraph; and
``(ii) any profits of the violator that are
attributable to a violation of subsection (a) and
are not taken into account in computing the actual
damages.
``(B) Calculation of damages.--The court shall
calculate actual damages by multiplying--
``(i) the value of the phonorecords, copies,
or works of visual art which are, or are intended
to be, affixed with, enclosed in, or accompanied
by any counterfeit labels, illicit labels, or
counterfeit documentation or packaging, by
``(ii) the number of phonorecords, copies, or
works of visual art which are, or are intended to
be, affixed with, enclosed in, or accompanied by
any counterfeit labels, illicit labels, or
counterfeit documentation or packaging.

I will remove my sig if he promise to leave me alone.

I asked him if he was willing to do that and hasn't answered.

If he wants to make a federal case out of this or take it to the mod, he can be my guest. But I think it's a lot easier to ask mhe nicely rather tan going apeshit.

that isn't the point really...you are using an his copyright illegally...and why, cause of a little bitch fest on gfy...he has WAY more legal ground than you do on this one

That bukkake pic is not his.

He does fly off the handle over a parody. Yes, a parody. He doesn't need me to make himself look bad. IMHO, he's doing a fine job of that himself.
