but most other proxy providers try to sell of shit proxies as "working"
being able to connect to the proxy is NOT enough (and being able to ping it). the server must be able to connect to the host you ask it to

80% of the proxy servers ive tested, i can connect to fine.. but dare i ask it to connect to another host, it immideately clsoes the connection. this is not a working proxy
