Of course I have a point, that is why I said it, however, I still do not understand why someone should be penalized (must have 5 instead of 3) just because their traffic is of a higher quality.

Roger that. There are very few webmasters out there that can hit this by just sending excess traffic in the direction. I am personally the type of webmaster that sends little chunks of traffic to a lot of websites. I think most TGP guys are that way.
