And without credit card processors there would be next to 0 sales. So are they the "Heart" of the business now?

The heart of the business is the person who finances it all. Without that person none of it would exist. Next is the people who manage it all the people and keep running shit... You cant slap a couple people in the room and expect a DVD or website to appear out of nowhere.

Don't get me wrong but I don't think the designers are the "heart" of the business although they do play a very big role
