There is no definative answer.
Could be he has some kind of psychological issue? Maybe one testicle, or something effecting him mentally in that capacity? Could be he just does not have the sex drive other "typical" males would at that age? Maybe he has something physically wrong in that area which plays into it? Maybe he is very religous and believes that stuff to be a sin before marriage? Too many variables to answer.  |
