If you don't have a chat for posting messages hire you just one more for losing you time. Because you don't know any languages except English this site is for alternative licensing the software (not legal-warez/legal GPL). I don't know very well English grammar but I know all Slavic language (Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Slovenian,...) to speak.

RSS I Give you solution
I can make a full RSS system in Visual .NET Studio(ASP .NET) or PHP,
It'll contain: RSS reader, parser and a RSS find duplicator. However you will be able to enter a rss path and a container and the parser will show on a user like HTML code (Web site). This RSS system, users on your site will be able to use like RSS service for your news. Upon delivery, this will work as an external component and you will be able to use it not just in this site.
