I am sure everyone is sick of these FSC threads... but it really does amaze me at those that are complaining about the injunction not covering FSC members.

These people are looking at the glass being half-empty.

the half-full viewpoint that for as little as $50 for an individual, or $300 for a business, you could be covered under the injunction AND supplying $$$ to FSC via your membership fee.

I can certainly understand how people can see it as a rub or a bad "marketing tactic" that only FSC members are covered, but are you going to spite yourself and your business just for some moral academic argument?

treat your business as a business, cover your ass and your assets with proper legal structures and certainly support an organization that is looking out for your interests (though, you have to be a member for them to do it).

I just called, the system answered right up. I pressed "1", got a short message that everyone was busy, then within 10 seconds I talked to a real live human and got signed up.

Painless and fast. Woohoo! Good job on the expansion.

thanks! I sent in my application by fax on Sunday and I haven't been charged on my CC yet. I think I'll call and see whats up.
