Yea actually I am. I always play by the rules, always pay etc.. So when i get robbed it's shocking.

Never strip search the girl.

the moment you find money missing tell the girls/girls you are calling the police who will take them to the police station to strip search them.

They will soon cough up, that or tell them you have CCTV in the room and it only needs the police to see it for their arse to be in jail.

I pay check about 80% of the time.
Alot of the younger models, 18-19 dont even have a bank account so they need mommy or daddy to cash it which makes for obvious complications.
Also, there was a company around here that was beating girls with bad checks. When booking talent, one of the first things a girl asks in my neck of the woods is "do you pay by check?" if you say "yes" most bail.
As long as you keep good records of the transactions and can prove you paid the girls, well, as they say, cash is king.

Don't know how big you are and how much you pay out but this was a problem I had in the UK paying cash.

The taxman wanted me to pay the girls tax on top of what I paid them in cash. With a check it was no problem as he had a trail to follow.

But then I was paying out over $75,000 a year to models.

Here it has to be cash because checks simply do not exist.

That sounds like they made you pay them as an employee. Here you can 1099 them.
