Anyone out there using an email distribution company? Ezine Director SUCKS - GoFuckYourself.com

Ezine Director is supposed to be an email solution provider for email campaign marketing and distribution. Not only have they stolen Vivid's email lists and sold them, but their customer service is horrible. Their stats show up differently in terms of results compared to ours as well, so we never know if they even provide us with anything that is accurate.

They don't like that we upload new lists every week (hello it's called scrubbing your lists and re-loading them) and constantly deny our campaigns because we have "new names" and "new lists" we've created...such a pain in the a*s.

I hope no one else is using them because we are switching asap...their customer service sucks too.

Check Aweber or GetResponse. Or look into your own inhouse mailing software. I use Interspire Email Marketer to do my mailing.

Thx, appreciate it. I think we're going to purchase our own software. This company apparently also has a problem dealing with adult and we only mail out softcore mailers...wtf! In these economic times they are going to complain. A*sholes.
