Google Adsense $$$ tip of the day
Here is an idea for you to use if you'd like to make some money off of Google Adsense. These guys are taking news & press releases and publishing them on their website. They insert two Google adwords boxes into the articles like this.

The site is included in Google News so you get traffic from them.

I thought this was spamming (Google has to approve your site to get in Google News) so I complained to Google about it a week ago. They did nothing so it must be fine. It looks like all you need is a few scripts, spam away

Google never does anything in "a week" - especially act on complaints from the public. I wouldn't go selling the farm just yet -- and btw, as mentioned above, this is not spamming.

that's the first time i've seen the google ads right in the news stories...but many newspaper websites do the exact same thing - you just see the ads on the bottom or right side of the article.

Exactly. Good or bad, I think it degrades the quality of Google News. Especially when clever webmasters catch on

I just figured I'd post it on here. I've gotten plenty of great info from GFY, so why let one guy make all the cash off of this "oppurtunity."

as long as you credit the source how can it be copyright theft? The actual purpose of press releases is to establish publicity for a certain reason.

As long as it is the COMPLETE press release or at least a blurb with a link that works that goes to the full release. As long as the releasing company's info or source is readily accessible this should be fine.
