Of course, I think alot of us feel that way! I've been lucky and had a good friend be there when I needed them. Being single brings alot of strange and not so good situations. My mood has been pretty dark the last few weeks.....

Things will pick up, I know that, but its hard to accecpt sometimes. My sleep pattern has reversed which is a major 'signal' for me that something is wrong. I have also been sick with the flu so I have to realise its just one of those things, another week or so and it will get better again.

If you feel at the bottom of the heap then there is only one way to go..... It sounds really contrite, but it makes sense when u think about it.
