Give some suggestion to my new and improve gallery

That gallery is not pleasing to the eye. Those colors have got to go.

The bottom has a scroll bar, make it narrower.

The majority of surfers are at 800X600..You need to shrink your gallery a bit..

I'd make the thumbs a bit smaller..

The first thing I wanna see, is the thumbs, not recips & text..

wow, that's a pretty hefty header on the freehost there.....

I've found better success with darker colored backgrounds....and the tour of the sponsor is a back and red background, so use black and red colors on your gallery, keep some consistency from gallery to tour...

lose the banner at the bottom and take off some of that text...use less text, but use more effective text...

you're sending the traffic to a pornstar site, why isn't your text reflecting such? Jenna Jameson is one of the most searhced for porn stars on the net and is on the tour of your sponsor, why isn't she mentioned in your main advertising? Have you even taken your sponsor's tour?

58 clicks and no signups, well of course, don't know of many 1:58 ratios on ANY sponsors...but the 58 clicks from how many to your gallery page? Get those surfers, grab them by the dik, make sure they bring along their credit card and SELL them....

Glengary Glenross is a kick ass movie. A must see for anyone who is self employed. My favorite line, I have it printed out and attached to my monitor:
