Question to Content Producers... Content License Agreements
This question is directed @ content producers who sell non-exclusive content.
I have read most license agreements from the majority of the content producers online, and am just a little curious about something. Would altering a photo in a "funny" way such as distorting the pic be considered a breach of the agreement? I have read portions of some agreements where "altering" an image isn't allowed, but if that were true, nearly 90% of the content used for design purposes would be in violation. If you don't prohibit altering for humor purposes, I'd like to see a link to your site also. Thanks, V |
