    Rio de Janeiro's worst massacre

    Thirty people, including three children, have been killed in what authorities called Brazilian capital Rio de Janeiro's worst massacre, when eight gunmen opened fire from two cars, police said.

    The group appeared to be "made up of police officers".

    Mr Itagiba said the drive-by slaughter may have been revenge killings for the arrest of 15 police officers in the murder of two people in nearby Caixias.

                              not really , those "kids" are prolly 15 year old drug dealers who already have killed more than once,

                              dont thinks this was a random thing but rather a revenge killing and thus very targetted
