    Epassporte fee, 2USD for ATM, also for "swiping"" ?

    Just learned what swiping means Anyway, I know the ATM fee is 2 USD. WHat if you pay with it in a restaurant. Then you also pay 2 USD?

      When I get cheap I use it at the local supermarket and get some cash on top of the total and avoid the $2 :D
