Using 3th party sponsor...
I was wondering about the following. Might be tricky and really curious if someone can give a serious and more important TRUE answer.
Introduction: A lot of paysites offer FREE content to promote their websites. As part of the deal they don't allow you to use this content to promote other websites. Example1: Okay.. but how bout the following.. if I use this content on a freehost the content is used to promote other programs (the once that are in the topbanner and/or footer). This seems to be something thats allowed all over the internet. I mean, if it wasn't there wouldn't be much freehosts around I guess. Example2: Trickypart.. what if I would use my own domain (servered payed host) and make these freehost banner/footers myself with my own sponsors? Example3: if you don't agree to example2.. this would just mean that people who own a freehost can't use their own freehost? Wondering if someone can say smth about this ![]() |

Sounds like a loaded question...but I hear ya.
Alot of control comes with being able to change the adds on hundreds of pages at once :o) One thing to consider is not using sponsor content at all. Then you are free to have any adds that you wish. |

You should use sponsor images only to promote that sponsors sites...and if you need more images for freehost pages, buy some CD's man.

I use sponser content a lot, they don't mind what you have on your pages as long as:
1) you obviously are promoting them 2) you ASK them about what you wish to do. Working in closely with the sponser is the best way, talk to them, they are people just like you, trying to make a $$$ or 2... works for me ![]() |
