for those that aren't aware - his biceps and triceps are not entirely muscle. it's also the result of years of injecting sythol into his muscles which i believe is an oil that sort of coagulates - the intent is to cause the skin to stretch allowing muscle to grow. you dont have to know anything about anatomy and physiology to recognize right away that his triceps don't look like triceps.

the reason his biceps are different is because he had one of them opened up to have all that shit cleaned out. you can see from the pics that one of them does not peak - his right one. that was the result of the operation.

he had a really amazing body before he decided to completely fuck himself up.
