Not everyone is cut out to work for themself. Some people are good at what they do... and that's it. Doing paper work, taxes, marketing, PR, sales and everything else just doesn't cut it when all you know is design.

The difference is that, adult webmastering is one of the only jobs you can start for yourself, if you are any good for zero investment. You are asking for work, where unlike your examples of working for Bill Gates, that you are competing on a leval playing field. In fact if you are working in a third world place like the philapenes, that you can make a gallery, if it coverts, you make the same money as a US webmaster, but the advantage to you is that dollar is worth much more.

So without any effort, if a third world outsourcing company knows what they are doing, they could make the equivalant to 10 times what a US webmaster makes with the same effort. But they dont, why not? Because they prefere to constantly spam me for fun? No, the answer is they are shit and dont know what they are doing is my opinion

I dont think its the biggest deal in the book , surfers will just be a bit confused , but nobody loses cash like with the other issues. But i think whomever designed those or was in charge of those galleries needs a kick in the pants

Just to chime in here - I have also had a terrible experience with them.

I tried and tried for months to make the relationship worthwhile and no matter how much hand holding I did, nothing good came of it.

I had such high hopes too. :(

Thanks for the help. The 10DollarSluts is just a 404 page. My guys are writing a 404 script right now because of this. What it will do it send us an email for any 404's with the referring gallery, it will also have a js back link on it, so the surfer can easily go back to the page he was on.

the content on reality cash makes the difference. My ratios are killer and it isn't because of the designs of my galleries.

I'm staying up at night trying to find ways to get more eyeballs on my reality cash galleries. As soon as my extension cords get here, I'm going door to door with my laptop.

Normally I'ld be wringing my hands in sinister glee as XXXoutsourcing has been kind of rude in the past but there's a bigger issue here.

It's about service plain and simple. Lensman provides many outstanding service and opportunities everyone gets to take part in or share. Not just the pornmeisters either. So when he gets sideswiped we ALL get sideswiped to one degree or another.

Whether outsourcing had anything to do with it I doubt it. I used to swear not to outsource but having had to work with management over the years in several industries I understand WHY outsourcing can be beneficial. Long story but it's about the character of the people you choose to work with.

Anyway, unless you're smarter and more successful than IBM, Microsoft, Intel, Mastercard, Oracle and VISA just to name a few companies that outsource, I'd suggest you to check and then re-check your head.

Now, that xxxoutsourcing fucked up big time, no doubt it, but hey, they galleries were always crap, the sample that Lensman posted is shitty enough to be kickeck for the look if not by all the mistakes. The secret in this is to outsource to somebody who'll work for you and nobody else than you, otherwise you might get this as a result.

Undoubtedly outsourcing does work ... in some areas ... but too many people in this industry want to outsource everything and that plainly doesn't work.

The other mistake that people in this industry make is to think that outsourcing means absolutely rock bottom prices for every bit of work the outsourcers do.

There are definite cost savings built in to the outsourcing model but where it does not work is where the people running the outsourcing are trying to maximise their profits at the expense of producing quality work.

And of course there are too many people here who blindly recommend the work of some outsourcing companies without having any real clue about the quality of work those outsourcers actually produce.
