JasonandAlex.com - AFFILIATES PLEASE READ THIS!

NEW AND IMPROVED BACK-END SOFTWARE.

We have changed our backend over the course of the past few weeks. It is a process still in transition, with mainly just cosmetic issues left. Although emails went out to all affiliates, some of your emails bounced back to us as "undeliverable" and there was a significant amount of "SpamArrest" that we are still getting to. We thought posting a copy of the email here would help you if you have any questions or concerns. Please contact me if you need anything. I will be in all week, with extended hours.

Copy of Email:

We are changing our back end solution to a new and more customized software solution. Please note that we have backed up all of your past information into a database for you in case of an emergency to assure that no data has been lost in the move.

The new software is much more user friendly, will deliver more important statistical information, with less possible inaccuracies and issues. We are making this move in part by numerous requests from affiliates.

YOUR OLD LINKING CODES AND HOSTED GALLERIES WILL STILL WORK.

We do recommend changing your old linking codes to the new ones. If you need any information regarding your old stats, from the old software, please contact the following:

Christopher
ICQ: 268-843-170
[email protected]
858-587-9000 (x102)

Payouts will still go out on time as always. If you have any other questions whatsoever, please contact Christopher as listed above. Thanks for your partnership with us again.

Warm Regards,
JasonandAlex.com

Did you switch from Nats because you were unhappy or did you switch for more inhouse customization?

This thread is intended for notification of the switch only. I am not here to bash anyone. If somebody wants to start another thread to discuss why we changed, that would be fine. I would prefer this thread did not get highjacked and off course.

You can call me though at the number listed in the email if you have any detailed questions you need answered.

Should have a more accurate comparison in a few weeks. Things are better though.

Yes we did look at Brad's software and the demo was excellent. I'm sure it is a solid solution for any program. Our decision was based on time contraints as well as someone that was willing to work very close with us with regards to customization.

Brad's software is new and from what I understand, they have plenty of installs on the table (Which says that quite a few programs like what they saw as well) and it would be unrealistic for me to think that they would have time for the customization we were looking for.

There is plenty of business for companies that produce this type of software and I'm sure one of these companies is a viable solution for any program depending on what that program owner is looking for.

You are definitely entitled to your opinion and this just reinforces my previous statement:

Thanks for the kind words Alex...

and kudos to Oystein and his team

it truley is amazing at how many programs are out there looking to either start new programs or update their existing software... lots of work and business for everyone in the backend market.. I think the friendly competition just makes everyone work that much harder to impress thier clients before and AFTER the sale

I want to express my sincere and humbled thanks to Jasonandalex.com for choosing MPA3 as their affiliate program and stats tracking backend. We have been thoroughly impressed by the professionalism shown by everyone at JSA during the course of the transition over to their new backend and look forward to being the best we can for them over the years to come.

Congrats on the move Chris, Jason and Alex . . .

For their affiliates . . . all drama aside you have to give them a ton of respect for making this change . . . they are doing everything they can to make sure they can run the tightest ship possible.

I dont get it, arent programs entitled to move off one affiliate software product if they are unhappy without getting flak?

I am sure NATS works for some , MPA3 for others, Exec Stats or X3's Partnersoft for others - there is no winner take all solution. Stop whining.

Thanks Oystein for taking the time to come down here to San Diego and spending the day with us answering our questions and any concerns we had at the time. So far the transition has been very smooth and your team has been very supportive and professional. We look forward to the new features being implemented in the near future as well.

So far the results even though early, have been very promising : ))
