Well people say you get what you pay for, and I hate to say it but with Phatservers you DONT get what you pay for. I am hardly paying anything for my server but they still give me this amazing server and awesome support. I am willing to bet anyone to email support and 9 times out of 10 Phatservers will email you back with what you needed done within half hour.

Mailman gives Phatservers A+ and I would suggest anyone not happy with their host to move to Phatservers. Anyone just looking for a better deal to move to Phatservers Hell everyone just move to Phatservers its one hell of a Host and I am so happy I am on their network.

You're right, they disgust me. I don't even have time to smoke a cig between emailing them with a problem and it being solved. Half an hour sounds a bit long. They usually take care of me in 5-10 mins. The bastards.

we must be the only people alive who had a bad experience with phatservers, and judging by all the positive comments i've seen over the years, we really are the ONLY ones. at least they were very cool and let us out of our contract.

I doubt you're the only one in 5 years, no company is perfect, but I know the list is pretty damn short. Comparing now to a few years ago is like comparing apples and oranges. We've come a long way in the last few years, you just caught us at a bad time around a data center move if I recall correctly. If you ever want to give us another try the first month is free... up to the 100 MBPS plan. Hopefully that's a fair offer to make it up to you.
