All I did was cold turkey..but stay away from clubs..next thing you'll be bumming and then start all over again

Think about the harmful effects that it might do to your body, then decide if you really want to quit. If you do, you can try candies, gum, mints, or anything. Try doing other activites and if you feel the urge, say "no". It's really not easy at first.
