Cool, what about from a webmaster point of view though. When can webmasters start to use it and hence avoid some of the visa usa pitfalls?

What has charging Euro's todo with paycom EU? As far as I can see you use paycom US, and not the paycom EU which should be lounged soon(or is already finished)

Why not process in USA then?

EU costs MORE %, + setup is MORE for ANY foreign person than US costs.

Don't give me some anti-US LAW thing, if your site is legit you wont/dont have any problems with this.

Only thing I can think of is
a) spam
b) too cheap

where did i go wrong?

because I own a company located in Europe and dont want to setup another one located in US. Also EU is more stable and liberal.

Bingo. And yes the processing fees are cheaper in the US for some reason. However, I have to setup a US company, and have my accountant agency take care of the tax etc. When it's all in Europe, is much easier(read cheaper)

Netbilling and CCbill both have a strong EU presence and Netbilling's system & rates are really good.
