Its been awhile since ive bought some, whos the best currently?

I'm looking for clicked text links or banners, unique hits only. This traffic is for a site, not a gallery.

Also any traffic provider confident enough in their traffic willing to give me a sample of 1-2k hits or so could gain a very valuable customer, I do have a decent budget for this.

I've bought traffic from traffic-out a few times and productivity is consistently high (200%+). The only downside is that it does come kind of slow (around 300-500/day).
