TGP Owners - 2257 for all galleries accepted?

Do you require a 2257 statement on all galleries now? Will you delete all those that do not have them?

The obvious, I will have to not accept galleries without 'em. Looks like deleting those without the statement may also be required.

i think alot of people are still confused about putting a 2257 link on their gallery.
what if its softcore, do i still need one?
if i need a 2257 link, is it okay if its a sponsors link?
isnt the sponsor the "secondary producer", then why do i have to have a link?
do i have to host my own 2257 links?

(these are all questions i've seen on gfy)

All as clear as mud! Got me? I've read the threads and did some research. I will add a 2257 statement and I add them to all the galleries I do now using the sponsors statement if that is where the art came from. If fact I link directly to it and say art provided by......

No it not ok to have the sposnors link.

It's YOU that are the secondary producer. Man you have 9 days to get this shit straight. On ALL pages where you have contetn that falls under 2257 you have to have alink to your 2257 page. That page has to have the 2257 statement and the name and business address of the "custodian of records" which would be YOU. If you work from your home then your HOME address is what you have to have. No PO BOX or any address that you do not use for business for at least 20 hours a week.

Also for those that are still confused you are NOT to be putting the models info or links ot the models info on your 2257 page. I think many webmasters are confused as to what needs to be on the 2257 page.

          2257 statement
          YOUR name
YOUR address( home or business which ever you actually use for business )

With respect to my TGPs, I have no control over the provider. In that case, no 2257 is required? If I used hosted galleries with a 2257 statement, also safe. Simple answer would be to pull all the galleries you've done if you don't want your name and address all over the net.

All the bannes will have to go softcore too or text links only. I'll be read for that.

If this is a text link and that the galleries are not on your server don't worry about that. But if you run a thumbs site. You need to keep the docs for the sexual explicit content. That's it.

I'm referring to gallery SUBMITTERS not TGP owners.

Well duh. Even if they didn't have 2257 statement that wouldn't be YOUR problem it'd be the problem of the company that made those FHGs. Though I wouldn't personally use any FHGs that did not have a 2257 statement on them.

TGP owners shouldn't care less. They are just like Google.
                        I'm just a newbie.
