is there a program just for duplicating galleries?
is there a program JUST for duplicating galleries, with recips and uploading them? without submitting and without any other stuff??

just download chameleon/mighty submitter and use it to generate and not duplicate.
Since they require a pass to submit you can just downlaod and not pay

hmm... well a lot of the submitter programs have a manual submit option, so I suppose that would pretty much do what you're looking for.

chameleon is generating galleries only based on specific stuff, i need a simpler solution? anyone know if there is something like that?
