Audio connoisseurs here?
I got a new set of Bose for Xmas to add to the house full of audio gear here... and was just wondering if there's any audio freaks around that have experience in disbursement and distribution of the final connections for acheiving maximum clarity.
Here's some more info to work with for the formulas... I've got four sets of the Bose.... (and a surround subsytem that we'll leave out of the equation for the moment) and a dual channel main sub (in the main room) two main recievers... the better of the two is mounted in a full scale Middle Atlantic rack in the main room.. the other is set up as a sub-system in the office. But I could easily mount everythng in the rack if necessary... 860 square feet of condo, with a damping wall splitting it (hence, the subsystem) now then... should I just mount up both receivers in the rack and run a multiroom app off the primary, or keep them separate... basically, I wanna have max impact at full volume, but still be able to channel stuff out for the different rooms at other times, so I can have surround from a dvd flick in the main room and some kickin' tunes in the office.... any suggestions? |
