Reminds me of that clip that gets played every now and then on weird vid shows... they interview a guy who is very positive about the quality of his glass, saying that it absolutely cannot be broken. Cut to a shot of him bringing a hammer down... and smashing it.

Nice shape charge would do the trick. Hits the glass at four different points and the reverberations cause a small, razor-thin fracture that spreads along the surface. Must be skilled, use the right explosives and set the points up just perfect though.

Not that I know anything about blowing things up...
