          I post pics on GFY from that domain. He hotlinked from GFY. An .htaccess file wouldn't have prevented that.

          One or two pics would be no big deal, but this guy seems to have posted quite a few of my pics on GFY.

              You can set a dir to hotlink from and still have hotlink protection on the other files/dirs.

                                  It probaly doesn't have much to do with the $.60 but everything to do with the fact that no matter how you twist and turn it that guy is stealing and that's never a nice thing to do.
