Its not really a scam people do it on ebay all the time they sell dutch auctions and such of products they are expecting to get in on a certain date, sometimes the timing doesnt work out and they stall for time until they can ship it.

Have you owned your site since 1998?
If not, when and how did you acquire it?
What is your relationship to Lightspeed Cash?
What is the dog scam about?

How is my post about going to court for plea bargain and then them telling me they weren't ready full of shit? Its just like anything else in the legal system all it is even good for is wasting time and money they make you go back to court 10+ times when it could easily be taken care of in one visit or by filing paperwork beforehand.
