Thats ok, we have the second ammendment. If the politicians order the F-16's and stealth bombers on the citizenry, we'll kick their asses with our muskets.

FOX News left out that small detail. |
I really like that no one had an opinion when Saddam was starving his people to death, playing games the UN and not cooperating with inspectors all while infant mortality rates went through the roof so he could keep building more palaces. how many kids died there each year under 5 yrs old from easily treatable diseases? something like 200,000.
people dont have to like the war or agree with Bush or even like the US... but it is a stretch to say that what is happening there has not given people hope and a chance. or should they be back in the situation where expressing an opinion meant your village gets gassed and everyone dies? or that military helicopters will come out and gun down crowds of protestors... or that countless people get tortured and murdered daily for political reasons. Iraq just had a presidential election with greater turnouts than those in western countries and they voted, knowing that doing so meant their life was at risk. Notice the entire country did not demand that one of Saddams relatives or generals be put in power so that things could get back to normal and they could continue watching their friends get tortured and killed and children die. Ohh... what a horrible tragedy the democracy they are eagerly embracing is. Imagine that! one more democracy planted in the middle of the most volatile region of the world... oh what horrors await us. God forbid people should control their own lives and their own destinys and the country with the idea that a state should protect them and their rights... not abuse, torture, starve and murder tem. Like you, I wish Bush would stop threatening all these dictators and theocratic, totalitarian states with unconscionable threat of giving their citizens the freedom to choose their rights and determine their futures. What kind of shit is that? I am with you!!! Bring back the secret police! Bring back Chemical Ali. Bring back the rape rooms! Tortue can be a healthy thing! Stop building schools and hospitals! Stop these pesky elections and most importantly, lets all make sure these people are not in control of their futures and their country through democratic processes. :1orglaugh |
Hey genius WTF do you think would happen if the US left Iraq?? Democracy? LOL
|

Why go through the trouble of building a new navy, decimating the Japanese navy in combat, pushing them back island by island and even fighting the war for a few years if the real plan is just to drop an atomic bomb? Oh... thats right... because the Atomic Bomb did not exist yet... and the Manhatten Project only was commissioned as a result of Pearl Harbor and only a couple scientist in the world at the time even thought it was possible to build an atomic bomb. but i guess you knew that because you are really bright and have it all figured out. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh |
They let it happen to get the sheep motivated.

FACT: Oil is pumped daily from iraq. FACT: Halliburton pumps that oil. FACT: 9 Billion US Tax payers dollars are missing (yet there's a steroid inquiry into the MLB) FACT: Opec trades on US greenbacks. FACT: Saddam changed to the Euros. Your "soapbox" is that you believe that this president has no ties to oil. He's an oil president, and as a result... oil prices are at record highs. I hope everytime you fill up, buy groceries, pay more for shit that offsets the price of shipping... and watch the news.. seeing another american soldier getting his head blown off.... That you stand there in a moment of silence and Salute your "war time" president. I'm sure he salutes you for all the billions going into his and his friends bank accounts. I'm sure he travels away from his texas ranch to attend those funerals of dead hero soldiers. The republicans are so advanced, they're taking away your rights to declare bankrupcty (only for peasants), rights to abortion, freedom rights... and we have people standing behind bush preaching. Only when it personally affects you, will you realize this is all bullshit. BTW, I haven't met one webmaster yet that has made it into the "generational wealth, on Bush's rolodex" |
