If you couldn't afford the Visa fee, you should have gone down the Premium AVS route with your site and use ProAdult Quantum, e.g. http://www.aussiejewel.com/tour1.htm

Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
