7 Day return policy - Illegal? (California)

Made a purchase with VISA... I guess the receipt says "7 day warranty" on it.

I was under the impression that consumers ALWAYS have 30 days to return an item, if not because of some California consumer protection law - then because of some Visa consumer protection regulation. Anyone have a link to something like this? I want to be able to cite some legal BS if they try to give me a hard time returning this item on day 8 as they closed an hour early yesterday for some reason. |

There is no law that states a consumer has 30 days to return anything.

In california if you buy a car there is no grace period for returning it. This sucks and you can get totally ripped off.
