if you goto the sex offender search website you can see what the charges were...

check out your local county/city website.. they normally have a link to your local registered sex offenders in your zip code... those you don't need to worry about as much as those who don't register... like the whacko in Florida...

I would highly advise then to never look at any sex offender maps of your area. I made that mistake.

You do nothing. I sat on court one day, and saw a guy convicted of a sex crime, when the state admited that they had no evidence, except the writen statment of a juvenile that the cops said was drunk, and yelling at the man, because he refused to buy her beer. And saying that he toucher her tits. The guy got 90 days in, 1 year probation, and listed as a sexual offender.


That is fucked up, and happens all the time.

Check with the local Police Department or their webpage
They keep that registry usually for public viewing one way or another.
Some put it online, some don't.

There are three in my area; One on the next street. We've posted pictures of them on our fridge and watch for them. Our doors stay locked at all times, I have a loud dog who barks at anything in the yard, and we have an alarm system. And we never let our child out of sight.
