In the new Chameleon Submitter 3.0 there is a new option below 2257 info that says "Big Image URL".

Bly, there are a couple of sites that ask for a big image URL which they thumb for their sites, so Im guessing its for them. I cant recall the name of it now but its the ones that the Dianapost guy runs and they are mainly in the mature niche.
