Well...We looked into creating a Paypal -> Epass transfer tool...AND.................
.........Epass's system basically wont allow it due to its security system. We wanted to help out all those people needing to transfer paypal to epass and vice versa.....not possible guys...sorry

I'm pretty sure everyone already knew that.
Paypal doesn't like it + Epass doesn't like it = not gonna work.
