![]() After submitting the transfer request on Moniker.com for one of my .com domains I get this message:
A transfer code has been emailed to the current domain contacts ([email protected]) To continue please enter the code below. No code ever reach my email after submitting the transfer request. Tried it like 7 times. The registerfly support guys are keep repeating they never heard about transfer codes for .com domains so there is nothing they can do to help me transfer the domain. The domain I try to transfer was unlocked and I have even removed the whois protection before trying to transfer. Now my domain is fucking stucked at registerfly and I gotta deal with support teams for something it should be authomatic. Anyone with simmilar happens? |

Yeah, their support can suck at times, but why are you transferring it?

Moniker is sending a verification email to be sure the transfer-in is legit.
It sounds like from your situation that Moniker's automated Whois parser is messed and not setup to handle Registryfly Whois entries; every registrar/reseller seems to use a slightly different format so it's difficult for any parser to work 100% of the time. Anyways, contact Moniker and ask them to manually process the transfer-in (what I mean by that is that a real person pulls up the Whois for the domain and determines what the admin email actually is for it) ... if Moniker is unwilling to do that, then transfer it to a different registrar; keep it where it is. have used registerfly for a few years and have been a happy customer.. not very happy a few days ago when I tried to renew some domains and got the error message that there was no money on account even though I used a creditcard.. a few days later the charge shows up at my credit card statement but the domains have not been renewed and registerfly don't seem to give a shit... *fucking idiots*

Folks - Registerfly purposly hijacks these transfer out emails in an effort for you not leave. Our system sends to the admin email on file if you are using our switch to moniker tab. Remember that Registerfly is NOT an ICANN Accredited Registrar - they are a reseller and they go through enom to process domains.
Just email our [email protected] with your domain/domains with your account number and we will handle for you. |
