Edit: *Watch* who you link to ... you're ranking can get screwed bad if you link to sites that SEs don't like (i.e. banned, link farms, etc)Comment

It also depends on your specific talents. I've seen people fail miserably in one and succeed in the other. Some people just have talent when it comes to adult, others are very good at mainstream. A lucky few are very good at both.Comment
