Its not a trojan, it is an autoinstall activex feature from Install Shield. The same folks who make the install program for most apps out there.

The reason we built an autoinstall page instead of having you download the application is that the download file will be too big [up to 8MB] since it will include copies of system files for your windows systems. Autoinstall automatically detects if you have these system files and just d/ls components that you don't have--resulting in faster install!

No catch. It's a free version and we're also in beta stage. There's a full version but we're releasing it after the road test. Compile v2 is coming out soon with changes--lets you do 4 recips instead of 3.

Install shield auto install. Detects what required system files you already have and does not d/l them--resulting in faster installation and lighter file.

IMHO...It would be pretty stupid of them to put any type of Trojan in their software since they've obtaind "Digital Certificate" from Verisign!

To put it mildly, it would not be a good practice to do this and would eventually wind up costing you (the company) more in not only bad pub...but also lawsuits and litigations once Verisign came after you for
putting a virus in your software...

Just my .02 worth...that's all!

We're still beta testing. Once beta period is over and we've added additional functions, we'll activate the purchase link.

This is what you get with our submitter:
-- page duplicator automatically inserts recips and keeps track of them for submission
-- built in intelligent form filler, just click view fields and save. No duplicate fields and info is automatically imported from your page setup/settings to your submissions. Click a TGP, review, and click to submit.
-- built in FTP to ftp all your generated files to your server
-- supports nearly 100 of the top TGPs out there

Please send all bug reports to [email protected]

Its not a trojan, run an VScanner or what not. Yes, its free cuz its our free version with just the top TGPs but otherwise fully functional.

Try it, you might like it.

Windows systems only, no Mac support. Build 2 version coming soon, still beta.

Send all beta comments to [email protected]

It is compiled. We don't get access to your computer nor can the program access our server. It is a stand alone Win32 application. It is banner supported but compiled so the software does not "pull" banners from our server.

We'll make available tonight a downloadable install file -- it will be around 8MB since it will contain files that you may already have [there's no autochecking for duplicate files like the current autoinstall from install shield]

Quote:
I get :

The origin and integrity of this application could not be verified. The certificate used to sign the software is invalid or not trusted.

You should continue only if you can identify the publisher as somebody you trust and are certain this application hasn't been altered since publication.

hmm yeah it could be but I can tell you that, if it's a virus, well it comes with a TGP submitter... I just tried it and I can tell you it work well and even though it may not be as powerful as RussianSubmiter etc. well it's free! As for the virus, I think you shouldn't be worried...why would someone waste their time developing a TGP software and even before they make money with it(they're still in beta-testing right?), lose all their clients because of a virus?...anyway...it's your decision !

Will have downloadable version tonight for those afraid of the autoinstall.

If you're installing via InstallShield autoinstall--Make sure you're on a Windows 2000/98/ME system with at least 64MB -- check your browser settings as well.

Since its Christmas today, I hope to have the .exe or .zip install file up by tommorow.

The newer version will have more features and built in recips. Also will be around 3MB or less [includes all install and app files and recips].

Email me with the following info:

1) what OS you're running
2) how much RAM you have
3) what exactly did you click to cause the
problem
4) nature of the problem -- did the program
freeze? hang?

Keep in mind that its still in beta but the more info we get the smoother the final version will be.
