Where do I get the Russian Submitter recips?

When you fill out the forms for your gallery that you're gonna submit and get to the end of that process, it will generate the pages for you, put them in a zip file, and below that you will see another zip with the recips. Download the recips to a generic "recip" directory, because you can reuse them for future gallerys instead of downloading them every time.
