why the need for approval to send members area traffic to pimproll?

Anybody that is US based needs to watch your ass and PimpRoll is just making a smart business decision.

this is great for affiliate competitors...they just mail your sites to a shitty email list with a competitor ID and...one out of the way. :)

From my understanding you couldnt use banners inside a members area , as members of ANY site are emailed newsletter about the site , this would go against the no-email policy i would think.

Because anything could be going on in that password protected area.

Simply contact us and issue us a user pass for the area.

PimpRoll has a reputation when it comes to webmaster support. While Dave's announcement was direct and to the point, we always listen to our webmasters and resolve any conflicts of information. We'll always listen to a webmasters side of the story and take it from there.

Just because your sending email does not make it spam.
If your running a double optin/opt out list like I do, its not spam, I even have people writing me asking me to send more newsletters just so they can get the pics and videos I send out.
