I got about 50 different pics per girl from this first scene I did.. it was purely experimental.. took about 200 shots per girl. yes, color balance is what I need to improve among other things

Like I ICQ'd you Darko, I think the girls are gorgeous and although the lighting is off, it also depends on what type of market your sites will be geared towards. There are amateur 'single girl' sites that have far worse looking pics but the appeal is that the surfer thinks the girl took her own pics.... If you want to go glamour-ish then get all the tech help you need with the lighting.

thanks for the offer, but I have plans with these girls myself. also I think I got the shooting down, spent all day studying and then had a pro photographer guide me trough everything.. done a few test pics and they are exactly what I was looking for.. The girls are fine - for some reason I can picture the second girl in leather... go figure.

Anyway, the color balance is off quite a bit, way too much reds. You need to white balance your camera before you shoot (if it's digital) or get the right film for the color temp of your lighting (if it's film). I was able to correct the colors very quickly in photoshop, I am sure that all of the pictures could be processed in a batch and look pretty darn good.

Don't be afraid to fill the frame. Both images suffer slightly from too much background and not enough girl. Zoom in or shoot closer to have them be a little more "in the frame" with less plants and furniture (unless you are trying to sell plants or furniture)
