Another question for you experts. I have a digital cable box on my main TV. Will I be able to get regular cable on my computer? I'm assuming if I wanted digital cable on my computer I would need to get another box.

That is correct. Just split the signal before it goes into the cable box and send that to the PC card and you'll be able to watch whatever channels you would be able to receive on your cable system with a cable-ready TV.
