The last time I remember a deal this big going down in adult was when Private went public on the stock exchange.

This is the most impressive deal that I have ever seen in my 7 years in the adult industry, the potential is endless with what you can do with the combined technologies.

I don't see how 2 competitors (kind-of) that battle for affiliates is a good thing for affiliates themselves. There's no need to offer better and bigger payouts if you can get your hands on as many affiliates as possible.

The two companies offer different things. They complement each other. This will help them be more competitive with other programs out there. Bigger and better things for everyone. :)
