Not really. In Islam, it is against the religion for men and women to mix freely. It is also against the religion to play any music which is not dedicated to the worship of Allah.
So, Allah (if he existed, which he doesn't) would be quite happy with the events in that park.

Not necessarily. Jehovahs Witnesses and Mormons are 'extremists' and try to evangelize the world with their gospel, but they don't kill people or blow themselves up outside discos. Religious extremism is fine with me as long as it isn't used to 'imposed' the will of God on others. Religions like Islam are dangerous because they license the use of violence against those who disagree with their theology.
