Well if he lives in my state, we pay 35% fed 8% state and 15% FICA(social security etc). The last 15% falls off over 90k but Bush is trying to stop it from dropping off. We have to pay for the war somehow.

Over 90k it is 35% plus state which at 8% mine is one of the worst. So he was off a bit if he meant the US.
