How many hours are you stack into your chair??
Folks, how many hours do u normally spend on this? Do you set up any plan before starting ...?
Well I do this for not less than 7 hours a day lol  |

sometimes 10-12 hours sometimes more. But i CAN'T sit here in this chair for hours on end, I have to get up and move around or i'll go crazy. I get up a lot, go outside for fresh air, walk up and down the stairs several times and do my lil ab workouts everyday.
