Personally without predjudice:

1. ISprime
2. Mojohost
3. Phatservers
4. Jupiter
5. Webair

Thats if your using their equipment. Now if you have your own equipment my answer would differ:

1. Mojohost
2. Phatservers
3. Jupiter
4. ISPrime
5. Webair

But I also think you forgot some too. That being the case let me give you a new list:

1. ISprime
2. Mojohost
3. Phatservers
4. Techiemedia
5. Jupiter

From the list he posted it looks like he's looking for tier1 bandwidth and managed hosting.

The Planet doesn't fall under those catagories.

JUPITER has their own datacenter. but their website is a fucking maze and I can never find anything.

WEBAIR & PHATSERVERS Neither have CPanel, so I could never use them. In comparison, with WEBAIR, you get a decent amount of disk space for your buck. PHATSERVERS gives you the 1st month free (I think).

Server Provider: With 80 GB plans starting at 19.99 equipped with CPanel, who could beat that?
A. The guy who gave me the same package + 2000 MB diskpace.

All of these mother fuckers are great people and have treated me like gold, but the bandwith/diskspace ratio is a priority to me- and none of them meet my needs, as they all seem to have the same packages:
80 GB/500 MB; 150 GB/750 MB; 300 GB/900 GB; 500 GB/1000MB.

See where I'm coming from?
If I need 1000 MB storage and only 80 GB transfer, who do you call?

Hell yes, I got a server with them from a thread here on gfy about 5 months ago. These guys ROCK, the best support I've ever had from a host. If you never heard of them that's strange because they are mentioned in just about every hosting thread there is,......and always in a positive way.
my to www.techiemedia.com

Oh and JfpDude did post a good list of all solid hosts
