I have surfers posting about sex slaves on one of my forums.

It maybe be a stupid question but is this stuff legal? There's talk about trading slaves, auctioning them, requests for them, even a few slaves posting themselves.

I personally live in the UK and my servers are hosted in the U.S. Can I or my surfers get in any legal trouble? If sex slaves were legal, I think I'd have 30 by now.

I know fuck all about this scene. Any ideas?

If both parties mutually agree I suppose so.
Though I would think if you sell one that would be prostitution no matter how you looked at it.

Sex slaves are usually not slaves in the true sense of the word so legality doesn't enter into the equation.

well its a nice spam to your board - but 'no' its not illegal because they are not being held against their will. It is also not prostitution as much as taking a girl out on a date and paying for her meal then having sex afterwards makes her a hooker. Simply put - its adults having fun using "words" that imply its illegal
