download dreamweaver trial, if after 30 days you don't make enough to actually buy it, you don't qualify to be a webmaster anyway....

I use front page to do the little things like adding image tags and adjusting hyper links. Its idiot proof, but not worth any money. if it didn't come with office i probaly wouldn't have a copy.
