http://www.annasdungeon.com/trailerwmv.wmv does this play correctly for you? I get kind of a blue filter over it and it looks horrible.

Yes, I know it's a 10 mb file and the finished one will be smaller, just need to know if the encoder is working or not. Thanks for helping out

works for me fine.

took ages to load for a 53 sec clip.

Yeah, it is not weboptimized yet ;) Still working on the windows media encoder settings ;)

download is long, and considering how big it was, I was expecting a 5 min movie.

Yeah, right now I think it runs in 5k bits / second. It will not do that when we put it up. Wonder what the hell is wrong with our computer then...

You may need to download v10 of windows media player.

I find old versions do not play films very well.

I had a problem like that once. It was my video colour depth and refresh rate.

But we want the average surfer to be able to see it without having to download a new version of mediaplayer too...
